CTIJ: Forging the Character of a New Generation

The Youth Training and Boarding Center is the most strategic project of Instituto Verbo Zin. The Marco Próprio Campaign seeks institutional funding to acquire the land and build the permanent CTIJ headquarters in Massaranduba-PB — training young adults, aged 18 and over, in situations of social vulnerability, in character, skills, physical fitness and mental strength.

4 Formation Pillars
1–2 ha Land to Acquire
The Project

An integral formation on four pillars

The CTIJ works on four dimensions of human development, preparing young adults for life, work and service. The result is what we call Social Output.

CTIJ serves exclusively people over 18. The Institute does not operate a residential care service for children or adolescents.

Character

Building values, ethics and purpose. Discipline and personal responsibility as the foundation of life.

Technical

Vocational training, generating employability and autonomy.

Physical

Health, sport, endurance and civic spirit. A strong body as support for the mind and character.

Mental

Emotional health, focus, resilience and intelligence for conscious and productive decisions.

Social Output

Young people prepared to transform their reality

The integration of the four pillars generates measurable impact: young people with firm character, professional qualification, health and mental clarity — ready to serve their family and community.

  • Young people qualified for the job market
  • Reduced social vulnerability
  • Leaders grounded in principles
  • Families strengthened through training
ESG Impact

A measurable and traceable social investment

For the corporate sector, supporting the CTIJ goes beyond philanthropy: it is a strategic ESG initiative, with full transparency in the use of resources and periodic impact reports.

Social (S)

Reducing vulnerability

Each graduate leaves the cycle of social risk with technical, emotional and leadership skills — a professional integrated into the market and a positively impacted family.

Governance (G)

Transparency and accountability

Auditable use of resources, impact reports for supporters and a governance structure (Assembly, Board and Fiscal Council) that ensures institutional integrity.

Economic Impact

Human capital for the region

Transforming dependent individuals into active economic agents, strengthening the local economy of Massaranduba-PB and its region.

SDG 4 · Quality Education SDG 8 · Decent Work SDG 10 · Reduced Inequalities SDG 16 · Peace and Justice
Masterplan

The CTIJ digital model

The architectural project is divided into three sectors that interact with each other: Residential, Educational/Spiritual and Community.

CTIJ Digital Model — V1 · Guided tour through the 7 areas of the complex · Conceptual image · Instituto Verbo Zin

01

Residential

Dormitories and community houses to welcome residents over 18, ensuring safety, structure and a healthy formative environment.

02

Educational / Spiritual

Classrooms, auditorium, library and training space. The formative heart of the CTIJ, where the Character and Mental pillars are developed.

03

Community

Dining hall, plazas, leisure areas and courts. Spaces that promote community life, sport and the practice of the Physical pillar.
